Please read carefully before completing your reservation:
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking inside the accommodations
- No unauthorised parties
- Number of guests stated in the booking must NOT be exceeded.
- All rates are inclusive of VAT.
- Full payment will be taken at time of booking.
- Cancellation policy is strictly non-refundable. However, if need to cancel 12 weeks prior to checking in, refund is discretion of management.
- If for any reason management must cancel a booking in advance due to circumstances beyond our control due to ‘Force Majeure’ you will be refunded the full amount paid.
- Ample parking on site and at owners’ risk
- Equestrian facilities are on site, this area is forbidden by guests, guests are not permitted to enter paddocks, arena or stable yard.
- The accommodation is for the purpose of holiday let. The booking agreement confers the right to occupy the accommodation for an agreed period only. You undertake to use the property solely for its purpose as self-catering accommodation and to accept the Owners right to refuse access to the accommodation to any person whether the Responsible Person or Guest of the Responsible Person, deemed unsuitable. Causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbours or any unreasonable behaviour may result in the Owner requiring the Responsible Person or to their guests to leave the premises without refund. We and our agents reserve the right to enter the premises at any time on reasonable cause.
- Rates include FAIR USAGE electricity & Heat over usage will be charged.
- WIFI and broadband internet is provided for you however we are not responsible for interrupts or failure in service.
- Accommodation is available from 4pm on day of checking in. Departure date time is 10am unless otherwise specified.
- We request that accommodation be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- General & recycling waste bins are on site for your convenience.
- Breakages & Damages must be reported to management & paid for.
- Every care is taken to ensure that our properties are presented to our visitors to a high quality and standard however should you find on arrival a problem please let us know.
